Why animation is a good career?
Growing up the only career options that have been told well to us are medical and engineering. It might even have been true thirty or forty years back but as we step into 2018 this scenario is not the same anymore. We are no longer using the old version of Facebook then how is it possible for the academic structure to be stagnant?
Technology and internet is what combines our lives these days. Media and animation are the most important factors that engross these. The scope of multimedia is not just another side option but a very progressive idea as well.
Prospects of animation course
More than half of pass out engineers from government and private colleges struggle to get a satiable job. A lot of them don’t even land with jobs after passing out. If you have living under the false hope that pursuing engineering for four long years will at least pay with a good package then you are very wrong.
The condition is completely different in the field of animation. Any multimedia course won’t be stretching for more than 12 to 18 months and guarantee you 100% placement assistance at the end as well.
The animation industry showed a robust growth over the last few years and it cannot go back. Mankind is certainly not abandoning technology and going back to Stone Age. Hence, the potent and prospect of an animation course is humongous.
Saves you time
As mentioned earlier it is no 4 or 5 years of rigorous course. An animation course definitely saves you time with better jobs lined ahead. It is your turn to give the thought logic. Why would you want to want to waste more time and not land with your dream job?

Why is animation the future?
It has been a couple of years since the subjects in media and entertainment have become very important. You can see that nowadays hundreds and thousands of people prefer a degree in media sciences rather than going for engineering.
Animation has become a part and parcel of this world. It is used in TV, cartoons, films, web series, advertisements and many more. Soon the animation industry has estimated a growth of 52% in the coming years. Animation courses are very much in demand because of this reason.

The plethora of career opportunities is endless in the field of animation. The animation industry currently requires huge number of animators to work for and the supply is quite less in that regards. Fantastic Mr. Fox
Fantastic Mr. Fox is a family drama which is closely related to our real life family. I can say that it is an animated film mostly for the adults which kids can also enjoy. What kids will enjoy in this film is the beautiful stop-motion animation and its silly frolics. The movie is based on Roald Dahl’s children’s novel, but director Wes Anderson turned it into a film with much deeper meaning, about thrashing masculinity and the effects of self-destructive behavior.
Waltz With Bashir
This film is an animated version of the real life experience of director Ari Folman about fighting in the Israeli military during the 1982 Lebanon War. Using rotoscoped animation to recreate lost memories, Folman blends reality and surrealist elements to paint a vision of war which we have never experienced before. Surely we can say that it is a must see movie for any students pursuing animation courses.
Chico and Rita
Chico and Rita is a beautiful film which tells the story of a piano player and a singer. The lives of both these creative people lead them through the ’40s and ’50s full range of romance and heartache. The two find themselves dealing with racism, drug, and politics (Castro’s Cuba). This classic film threw light into the then Cuban-life in gorgeous, clean, evocative animation, making the highs high and the tragic lows hit that much harder.
Perfect Blue is Japanese animation at its very best directed by renowned director Satoshi Kon. The film is about a singer who decides to become an actress and slowly enters into the dark, surreal world of her own ambitions. Unbelievable animation and a truly horrifying psychodrama play out, burning images into your mind like few other thrillers ever have.
Wreck-It Ralph is a 2012 American 3D computer-animated fantasy-comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the 52nd Disney animated feature film. The film was directed by Rich Moore, who has directed episodes of The Simpsons and Futurama, and the screenplay was written by Phil Johnston and Jennifer Lee from a story by Moore, Johnston, and Jim Reardon. John Lasseter served as the executive producer.
The film features the voices of John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman and Jane Lynch. The film tells the story of the eponymous arcade game villain who rebels against his role and dreams of becoming a hero. He travels between games in the arcade and ultimately must eliminate a dire threat that could affect the entire arcade and one that Ralph himself unintentionally started.
John Lasseter, the head of Walt Disney Animation Studios and executive producer of the film, describes Wreck-It Ralph as “an 8-bit video-game bad guy who travels the length of the arcade to prove that he’s a good guy. Before production, the existing characters were added to the story either in places they would make sense to appear or as cameos from a list of characters suggested by the film’s creative team, without consideration if they would legally be able to use the characters.
The company then sought out the copyright holders’ permissions to use the characters, as well as working with these companies to assure their characters were being represented authentically. In the case of Nintendo, the writers had early on envisioned the Bad-anon meeting with Bowser as a major character within the scene; according to Moore, Nintendo was very positive towards this use, stating in Moore’s own words, “If there is a group that is dedicated to helping the bad guy characters in video games then Bowser must be in that group!”
It’s a fast-paced comedy designed to appeal to both joystick jockeys of yore and the remote-waving Wii generation. And it does for a gaming arcade what 1995’s Toy Story, the first-ever digital-animated feature, did for a kid’s bedroom: expose a secret world populated with fully realized characters and filled with humor, heart and a flashy arsenal of cutting-edge visuals. You can rather take an animation 3d course to learn the craft of animation and use it to design characters of your choice since the scope of animation is very high.

The film has excellent graphic animation and if you seem interested in the field of animation then it is advisable that you take up a good course of animation that will help you get the craft of animation with perfection and professionalism.
The Secret Life of Pets is a 2016 American computer-animated comedy film produced by Illumination Entertainment. It is directed by Chris Renaud and co-directed by Yarrow Cheney and written by Brian Lynch, Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio. The film stars Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Hart, Steve Coogan in a dual role, Ellie Kemper, Bobby Moynihan, Lake Bell, Dana Carvey, Hannibal Buress, Jenny Slate, and Albert Brooks.
The making of Pets was highly collaborative in Illumination’s own unique way. Renaud works at Illumination Mac Guff’s Paris animation production facility, where roughly 700 artists are based and the studio’s films are made, while Meledandri works in the studio’s Santa Monica headquarters. “The writers and vocal talent are also typically in the U.S. We start with storyboarding but it’s very collaborative,” says Renaud.
As is typical on an animated feature, a lot evolved along the way, including the look and personality of the film’s antagonist, Snowball the bunny, which started out big and ugly and ended up small and fuzzy. Explains Renaud, “We felt it would be funnier to have a little guy with a big chip on his shoulder, so we started talking about him more as a bunny you would see on an Easter card. We had been talking about Kevin Hart as the voice actor, and we sent the picture to Kevin’s people and he was excited. It was the contrast that felt really fun.”
A big challenge that the production had to overcome involved animating crowd scenes that featured many different species of animals. When Renaud came on board to direct, one of the initial challenges he gave his design team was to portray the animals with as little anthropomorphisation as possible. “We tried to keep the animals on all fours and make their behavior very believable,” he explains. “I hadn’t really seen it done before. I felt we could really explore the idea of the performance of these animals in a very naturalistic way, and of course we always tried to put a twist on it.”
The film’s success was solely for the reason that the animation was worth the praise. The film has excellent design of characters along with numerous great animation features. In this way you will remain knowledge about the fact that your animation course investment isn’t going to wrong hands.
Now this is one factor which people end up ignoring but it is a very crucial one. You must get the fact that an alumnus of an institute dictates the quality and placement it is capable of providing. You must take a deep dig at the alumni to understand the environment, work ethic and it will also tell you about the companies which offer placement in your institute.
Does institute provide any placement assistance after completion of the course?
